Hegemony

"In a single night of treachery, the House of Hirschberg fell. Their rivals, the House of Raad, convinced the Castellan to turn coat and stab Baron Tiberius in his sleep. With that, the city of Altmauer had no choice but to surrender to the Colmarian armies. Duke Otto von Raad was rewarded handsomley for his machinations."

This pamphlet game lets the players take on the role of factions that struggle for supremacy. Using the proceedures found within and a "free kriegsspiel" approach, play to find out the history of your campaign world.  Defining factions, lineages and assets, you and your fellow players can play out a fierce struggle to achieve hegemony in the region. 

It is recommended that you play this game with a notebook and pencil, and take notes for each step you take. After the game ends, you will have plenty of material to explore with a roleplaying game such as Revenant's Hack.
